S. Dhanaraj

Founder & Managing Director

An engineering graduate from PSG College of Technology, S. Dhanaraj brings over 40 years of textile industry experience. He began his career trading imported looms from across the globe and established Dharshini Impex with a focus on building a technologically advanced weaving unit. In 2004, he expanded into manufacturing greige cotton bed linen fabrics, laying the foundation for the company's growth in the home textile and apparel segments.

Dharshini Dhanaraj

Director, Strategy & Operations

Joining the business in 2015, Dharshini Dhanaraj brought in a fresh, global perspective after earning her Textile engineering degree from PSG College of Technology and an MBA from Ohio, USA. With over 10 years of experience, she leads innovation, product development, and strategic growth. Under her leadership, Dharshini Impex launched its jacquard fabric division in 2021, which now produces over 2 lakh meters monthly, strengthening the company's presence in the apparel market across India.

Dr. Gokul Govindarajan

Director, Finance

A practicing Chartered Accountant, Gokul Govindarajan heads finance and strategic planning at Dharshini Impex. He also runs Dhanam Investment and Finance Private Limited, an RBI-registered NBFC, bringing a strong foundation in financial governance and business sustainability to the company.

A passionate philanthropist, Yamini Dhanaraj plays a key role in driving employee welfare and social responsibility initiatives at Dharshini Impex. She ensures that the company maintains a people-first approach and fosters an inclusive, ethical, and value-driven workplace culture.
